9.1 Tee Time Reservations

9.2 Group Bookings

Groups of more than 12 players must contact our pro shop directly to arrange bookings and applicable rates. Group bookings are subject to availability and may require a minimum player count to qualify for group discounts. Please note that group rates and package inclusions differ from individual tee time pricing.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any disputes arising from them, will be governed by the laws of the Province of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Minnesota for resolution of any claims.
